Key Requirements:

• Disposition:
  • A balanced and mature personality with progressive leadership.
  • Should be a person with leadership abilities to head a state-of-the-art boarding institution.
  • Must possess a strong interpersonal and managerial skill set.
• Qualification:
  • Minimum Master’s degree (with minimum 2nd Division) from a recognized HEC educational institution.
• Experience:
  • At least 05 years of experience as a Principal or senior faculty member in a reputable educational institution.
  • Must have knowledge in administration, financial management, and security.
• Credentials:
  • Understanding of the socio-economic, moral, and mental aspects of boarding schools.
  • Familiarity with working in public sector educational institutes is desirable.
• Skills:
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Urdu (both speaking and writing).

Age & Salary:

• Age Limit: Between 40 and 55 years.
• Salary: Negotiable.

Location:

• Daanish School (Boys/Girls Campus) at Fazilpur, District Rajanpur.
